Commercial Vehicle Repairs and Servicing - Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire

Tom: where there’s a will, there’s a way.

About Us:

Tom Osmaston started working as a sole trader using the name TSO Services in January 1995, working from home.  Carole joined him in partnership a few years later. We soon outgrew our garage/office so we relocated to a nearby farm.

Our daughter Rosie joined in 2011.

In 2013, we incorporated and TSO Services became a limited company. In 2016, we relocated again to a commercial yard in Slinfold, nr Horsham, West Sussex where we have spacious offices, workshops and a yard.

Today, we employ 19 people (12 mechanics). We have 12 fully equipped vans, our own Tractor Unit and a fleet of small vans/cars used to collect your vehicles and bring them back to our yard. We have H&S support and can provide you with RAMs, if you need us to. We are ISO accredited.

We pride ourselves on running a family owned business. Our mechanics have a broad range of experience and expertise, delivering a comprehensive service, of which we’re proud.

What we do:

We are experienced in dealing with the demands of a range of customers from large fleet companies to owners of one vehicle,  working on HGV’s, vans, semi-trailers, horseboxes, plant and machinery.

Our scheduled maintenance programs send out automated reminders and updates on work carried out.  Technicians are fully supported by our office, booking work, ordering parts, liaising with customers, giving technical advice or dealing with administrative queries, such as MOT bookings.  We will also provide and enter into Operator Licence contracts to suit Ministry needs.

We have bespoke electronic PMI sheets, e-mailed on the day of the inspection being carried out on a vehicle.

Fixed prices can be given for complete annual maintenance of all vehicles including MOT bookings, PMI reminders plus any extras that may be required.

TSO Services are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to deal with emergency breakdowns
